These terms govern access to https://channel-mappoint.digital and advisory engagements offered by Channel Map Point (“we”, “us”) from Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. By using this site or commissioning work, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance

If you do not agree, do not use the site or request services. Specific engagement letters or statements of work may add terms; where they conflict with this page on fees, scope, or delivery, the signed engagement letter prevails for that project.

Services described

Pages describing audits, workshops, reviews, and retainers are informational. They are not a binding offer until we confirm scope and fees in writing. We may decline work that conflicts with our independence standards.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and template materials remain our property. Deliverables produced for a paid engagement are licensed to the client for internal business use unless otherwise agreed. You may not republish our methods materials as your own product.

Client materials

You warrant that exports and reports you share are lawfully provided and that you have authority to disclose them for the engagement. We use them only to perform the agreed work.

Liability

Advisory findings support decisions; they do not guarantee campaign performance, install volume, or revenue. To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, our aggregate liability for an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Conduct

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or submit unlawful content through forms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or the site, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
